Sin Nombre is a unique blend of two of Mexico’s defining spirits: Tequila and Mezcal. While both are produced from the agave plant, their traditions, methods, and techniques vary widely between the two styles.
Last year, we laid down a small parcel of Sin Nombre after the marrying process, aging it in two distinct bourbon barrels: one a 9-year-old high-rye barrel, and the other which was previously used to marry our first Winter Park Art Festival release. The result is a complex and distinctly delicious spirit, with an elegant aroma and refined palate. The oak complements the spirit’s natural character without overshadowing it.
We enjoy this spirit neat, though it also makes an exceptional spirit-forward cocktail ¡SALUD!
